Does anyone remember the Clarks advert for Nooooow Shoooooooes a (fair) few years back? My friends and I used to love it. Every time we had a new pair of shoes to hit the town with, we would text or ring each other with only the words Neeeew Shoooooes! It was sort of like the Budweiser’s Whasssuuuuup advert – but for girls. I would refresh your memory, or introduce you to it but I can’t find it anywhere online. Maybe I dreamt it…….hmmmmm.
Anyhoo, yesterday to start the beginning of my mission to get some sort of style, I got some new shoes – Desert Boots with a wedged heel (coincidentally they are from Clarks). These are shoes that my boyfriend has been nagging me to get (he has 4 pairs! My two year old has a pair also – without the wedged heel obviously) and I’ve finally given in. And…..I love them! I think that they will go with EVERYTHING and they are also very, very, VERY comfortable. They are from Clarks, after all. Comfort, as well as style, is very important for me, as I have very wide feet and I walk a lot too. I didn’t have anything to wear them with though, honest I didn’t! So, I had to do a bit of shopping. So, this is what I got:
